The dual-cavity, wide-temperature-range high-temperature blackbody serves as a standard infrared reference source for high-temperature applications. The blackbody unit consists of two independently controllable emissive cavities, with their temperatures regulated in real-time via PID control within an electronic control unit.

1. Compact Dual-Cavity Design: The space-saving, rational layout facilitates installation and integration into various systems. It enables dual-surface blackbody radiation capabilities within a relatively small footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained applications such as miniaturized infrared inspection equipment or portable calibration instruments.
2. Independent Mode Selection: Different operating modes—such as constant temperature mode or programmed temperature ramping—can be selected independently for each of the two blackbodies.
For example, Blackbody 1 can be set to constant temperature mode to maintain a fixed temperature, while Blackbody 2 is set to programmed ramping mode to vary the temperature according to a preset schedule, thereby meeting diverse experimental or calibration requirements.
3. Independent Parameter Configuration: Operating parameters can be configured separately for each blackbody within their respective modes.
For instance, in programmed heating/cooling modes, distinct parameters—such as specific temperature stages—can be set for Blackbody 1 and Blackbody 2, allowing for flexible and precise temperature control.
4. Optional RS485 Communication: An optional RS485 communication interface is available for integration into control systems. Users can easily operate the unit via computer by simply connecting the power supply and data cables, ensuring both operational convenience and system reliability.

7) Programmable control function; the device has 10 different program setting interfaces, one-button operation, convenient and fast, meeting various user testing point requirements and improving user testing efficiency.
8) Communication interface can be customized; RS232 is standard.
